1. How many month subscription do you recommend?
 
The total content time exceeds 125 hours. We recommend you determine how many hours you can commit each month to this endeavor to make this decision. It obviously varies in respect to what you are looking to accomplish. Those looking for the ability to pick and choose certain sections, yet want comprehensive material to pick from might choose to only purchase one month. Those planning to complete an entire review most likely will choose the 2 or 3 month option. Falcon offers you the choice!
 
2. How do the books compare to the material presented in the video lectures?
 
They are exactly the same. As the instructor works through the material, you can take your notes right in your books as you follow along.
 
3. Is there anything you recommend I do prior to beginning this review material?
 
It would be a good idea to take an NBME Standard Practice Exam to gain personal insight in knowing which sections it might be necessary for you to spend additional time.
 
4. How long do I have to review each lecture?
 
Each time you select a segment (10-40 minutes) you will have exactly 4 times the amount of each segment to complete that segment.  Example -  Segment is 15 minutes in duration – You are allowed 60 minutes to watch it….plenty of time to watch, write, watch again if you so choose.  Through the duration of your access, you will be able to view each segment 2 separate times.  That means that for every 15 minute of content, you will have access to it for 2 hours!
 
5. Why does the video pause and appear choppy when I play it?
 
A video's performance is impacted by the type of internet connection you have and the amount of memory that's available on your computer. If you are using a low-speed internet connection, you can view our videos but they may stop and start and occasionally pause. Likewise, if you have a lot of programs open and running on your computer, our videos may not have access to the amount of computer memory they need to run smoothly.
 
6. When will I receive my books?
 
2/3 business days.

8. My computer does not pull up the videos, what can I do?
 
Clean your browser history, cache, cookies and all temporary files. Sometime your computer pulls information from these ld files and prohibits new downloads.
